As a free service to Advance Registrants, the PAO Congress Organizer or the Philippine Congress Organizing Center (PCOC) can book hotel rooms for the duration of the meeting at the following hotels. The rates are indicated below inclusive of the applicable taxes

HOTEL DEPOSIT
To guarantee your reservation, the PCOC must receive payment for the first night’s stay. Alternatively, you may indicate payment through credit card in favor of the account of chosen Hotel. Full room charge throughout the duration of the reservation will be levied for any no-show or early departure of confirmed booking. You will receive confirmation of your hotel reservation within two (2) weeks from receipt of payment through mail, fax or e-mail. Please bring a copy of your confirmation when you check-in. Full payment for the entire stay must be settled directly with the hotel prior to departure.
DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS
The PCOC can help process hotel reservations only until October 16, 2010. Payment for the deposit must have been received by then. After that date, you may have difficulty making reservations and the hotel rates may be higher than those published above. Written notice must be received by the PCOC by October 16, 2010 for cancellation of room reservations. Only 50% of the deposit will be refunded by the hotel. Cancellations made after October 16, 2010 and “no shows” will be charged the equivalent of one night’s stay.
OTHER HOTELS
Business hotels nearby Roxas Blvd. are Diamond Hotel, Hyatt Hotel and Pan Pacific Hotel. Shuttle bus service will not be available but these hotels are only a short taxi ride away to SMX Convention Center. The PCOC and the PAO Secretariat does not guarantee special convention rates and delegates bookings. Registrants may also choose to deal directly with these hotels.
Rates are inclusive of applicable taxes and are subject to change without prior notice. Room rates
include breakfast. Full payment must be settled with the hotel directly prior to departure.
